Yes. Per Taiwan consumer protection law (任意終止權), you may request a refund of unused paid J coins at any time.

FIFO consumption order: paid J coins → coupon-issued → bonus. Formula: refundable = unused paid NT$ − processing fee (15% of the unused amount, min NT$20). The administrative processing fee covers our administrative, processing, and reconciliation costs and is charged by us.

No. Platform-gifted, campaign-bonus, and coupon-bonus J coins are not refundable as cash. Only paid J coins are refundable.
